Ten simple habits to keep your figure slim and at the same time stay healthy.

Staying slim and healthy at the time is one of the hardest things to do. This is because there are lots of temptations out there that will encourage you to eat more than your body needs. These are just some of the simple and yet effective ways to stay slim and at the same time having the best of health.

  1. Eating slowly and chew your food well. This will not only buy you some time in eating, but also helps your digestive system to process the food you eat more effectively. By doing this, you are limiting your food intake to
    what is enough for your body’s nutrient consumption.
  2. When eating lunch or dinner, it is recommended to begin it with either soup or a salad. This way you already eaten food that are not fat inducing and at the same time you feel full and that you will not eat too much on your main course. Soups and salads are actually already contains some of the basic nutrients.
  3. As what all nutritionist’s says, eat plenty of leaf salads that contain fresh fruits, meat or seafood as this healthy diet is your body’s slim figure’s best friend.
  4. As much as possible, keep away to friend foods as they contain heavy fats and cholesterols that are your figure’s worst enemies.
  5.  Just because everybody is having a nice meal, then you should also join the fun. If
    you have already eaten, resist the temptation by simply saying “No thanks, I’ve already eaten”. Simple action to stay slim.
  6.  When watching movies or TV, also resist the temptation to eat favorite snacks such as popcorn, potato chips and other snacks especially those that was processed using oil.
  7. Instead, eat only health snacks such as desserts low calorie pies and cakes.
  8. If you’re with friends that were heavy eaters, do not do what they do. Much better if you choose or go out with your friends that are also health conscious. This way you will not be tempted to eat what they eat.
  9. No matter how you want to stay slim and health, be sure to eat at regular hours. All will be lost if you eat only once a day with a huge amount of food.
  10. As #9 say, never skip a meal. This will only cause you to eat more on the next one. Be sure to eat the most important meal of the day – breakfast. It will give you a kick-start to go on with the rest of the day.
